Why is Bank of America creating an Alumni Network?
We are grateful for the contributions all current and former Bank of America employees have made for our clients, communities and each other. Our Alumni Network is designed to help our former teammates stay current on the most up-to-date Bank of America news, to connect with other alumni and current employees, and to learn about ways to continue to support our clients and communities together.
How can I make the most of being part of the Bank of America Alumni Network?
You can make the most of being a member of the network by creating a complete profile detailing what you are doing now, your previous role at the company, contact information, and interests. Keep your profile up to date as you change roles, locations, so the Alumni Network can best keep you informed on relevant and timely information.
The Alumni Network has a website you can visit anytime you would like for the latest information. The Alumni Network can help you find and connect with other alumni, learn about the latest company news and insights, and explore career opportunities, and local events offerings.
Who is eligible for the Bank of America Alumni Network?
Any individual who has been directly employed by Bank of America or a legacy Bank of America company, and ended employment with Bank of America in good standing, as determined by the company can join the Alumni Network. At this time, former contractors and interns are not eligible to join.
Joining the Network
How do I register and join the Bank of America Alumni Network?
You can register and join by visiting https://alumni.bankofamerica.com and clicking “Get Connected” on the image carousel, or “Sign In” on the right-hand corner of the homepage.
How long does it take to be approved?
Alumni registration requests are reviewed as soon as possible and responded to within 10 days.
I am approved - what now?
Select “Sign In” in the upper right-hand corner of our homepage at https://alumni.bankofamerica.com and begin to enjoy all the network has to offer including: alumni stories, news articles, events, and volunteering. Update your profile and share what is important to you.

Profile and Directory
Do I have to fill out a profile?
You must create a profile in order to be able to engage with other members and receive updates from the company. Certain information including, but not limited to, your name, current employment, and your former role at Bank of America will be visible to other registered members of the Alumni Network. Beyond these fields, you can customize your profile to add additional personal information as you wish. To learn more about how your data is used by the Alumni Network please review our Alumni Data Privacy Notice.
Where does my profile appear?
Your profile appears in the Directory section of our Alumni Network site, which is only visible to and searchable by verified alumni members and the Bank of America Alumni Network team who are current employees of the company. You can choose what contact information you make visible to other members.
How do I find another alum on the site?
Go to the Directory section of the Alumni Network site to search for a fellow alum. You can search by name or click the ‘Advanced’ button to find alumni based on various criteria.
To connect, simply click in the profile and if shared, you will find the person’s contact information.
How can I delete my profile?
While we are sorry to see you go, the process is simple. Please email alumni@bankofamerica.com to request that your account be deleted.
Careers
How do I explore career information?
If you are interested in returning to the company, please visit the Alumni Network Careers page, where you will see current job listings. You can click “interested” or “apply”, which will link you to our Careers site at careers.bankofamerica.com. We are always excited to welcome back individuals with a history of strong performance at the company, and to assist them in identifying roles that might align with their skills and experience. Ultimately, placement into a role is dependent upon matching the best candidate to the job.
If I have a friend or contact who might be interested in a role, what should I do?
To share a specific job, search for the title and location on our Alumni Network Careers page and utilize the share functionality.
